(1) Mint Grained Tablets
     Granulated White Sugar                                86 parts
     Confectioner's Fondant                                 30 parts
     Glucose syrup, Regular Grand                       11 parts
     Water                                                           12 parts

(a) Mix and then cook the sugar ingredients held in water to 118 deg.C.(234 deg.F.)
(b) cool to 95 deg.C.(203 deg.F.) and mix in the flavour
(c) cast on a wax or silicone paper lines slab and allow to mature.


(2) Winter Grained Tablets
     Brown Sugar                                                60 parts
     Confectioner's Fondant                              28.5 parts
     Glucose syrup                                              6.5 parts
     Water                                                           10 parts
     Cough mixture Flavouring                               to taste
     Brown Colour                                               to shade

(a) cook the sugar ingredients but not the fondant. in water to 118 deg.C.(245 deg.F.)
(b) cool to 95 deg.C.(203 deg.F.), add and mix the flavouring an colour
(c) add the fondant and mix
(d) cast on a wax or silicon paper lined slab and allow to mature.
