Ingredients to make cake: 
1/4 C butter 1 1/2 lbs. 
real semisweet chocolate 3/4 C non-dairy coffee creamer 
any flavor 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 pounds 
real milk chocolate for dipping 1 cup finely chopped chocolate, milk or 
semisweet for decoration 
 
Method : 
Makes about 3 dozen truffles 
Melt semisweet chocolate in double boiler over hot water - Heat butter - creamer and vanilla in another saucepan to 125° F on a candy thermometer. then - add to semisweet chocolate all at once, beating until 
smooth and creamy. 
Chill in refrigerator until nearly set but still pliable - Beat with mixer until light and fluffy - then -Spread in 9 inch buttered pan until set enough to roll into small balls. Melt milk chocolate over double boiler. Dip truffles in melted chocolate - then sprinkle generously - or roll in, chopped chocolate</div>

1- Ingredients for Bacardi Rum Chocolate Cake : 
 
1 Package chocolate cake mix (2 layer size) 
1 Jell-o chocolate instant pudding mix (4 serving) 
1/2 cup Wesson oil 
1/4 cup Cold water 
1/2 cup Bacardi dark rum 
4 Eggs 
1/2 cup Slivered almonds, optional 
 for Filling :1 1/2 cup Cold milk 
1/4 cup Bacardi dark rum 
1 Jell-o chocolate instant pudding mix (4 serving) 
1 Dream whip topping mix 
 
2- The Method : 
 
First >> Preheat oven 350 degrees F. 
 
1- Grease and flour 2 - 9 inch layer cake pans. 
 
2- Combine all cake ingredients together in a large bowl. 
 
3- Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. 
 
4- Turn into prepared pans/ Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. 
 
5- Do not under bake. 
 
6- Cool in pans for 10 minutes then remove from pans - finish cooling on racks. 
 
7- Split layers horizontally and Spread one cup filling between each layer and over top of cake - Stack - Keep cake well chilled and Serve cold. 
 
Filling method : Combine milk and rum - pudding mix and topping mix in deep narrow bowl. 
 
Blend well at high speed for 4 minutes approximately, until light and fluffy - then  Makes 4 cups.

4 ounces Unsweetened chocolate 1 cup Shortening or 1/2 lb butter 2 teaspoon Vanilla 2 cup Cake flour 2 cup Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup Milk 4 Eggs 
 
 
The Method : 
 
first > Preheat oven to 350 F. 
 
1- Preheat oven to 350F. 2- In a small and heavy-bottomed pan - melt chocolate and shortening by stirring over low heat until smooth and melted. 3- then Remove from heat and stir in vanilla - In large bowl - combine flour and sugar - baking powder - salt and baking soda . 4- now Add chocolate mixture and  milk - eggs ... beating until smooth. 5- Spread mixture in two greased - and floured 9-inch round cake pans. 6- Bake for 30-to-35 minutes or  insert  toothpick  in center of cake if becomes out clean then every thing is ok 7- Cool in pans 5 minutes before turning out onto wire rack.

2 cup Flour 
2 cup Sugar
3/4

3/4 cup Buttermilk 1/2 cup Shortening 1 tablespoons Baking soda 1 tablespoons Salt 1 tablespoons Vanilla 1/2 tablespoons Baking powder 2 Eggs 4 oz Unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled Fudge frosting (we will see it below) Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  
   
Method : 
 
1- Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 3 pan, 3 8" round pans or 2 9" round pans 2- Beat all ingredients except fudge frosting in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds and scraping bowl constantly. 3- Beat on high speed for 3 minutes and scraping bowl constantly - then - Pour into pan(s). 4- Bake for 40 minutes ( if use rectangle pan) or 30 minutes (round pans) - or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool rounds 10 min.; 5- remove from pans - Cool completely - Frost.

2 cup sugar 1/2 cup shortening 
2/3 cup milk 1/2 tablespoons salt 
3 oz unsweetened chocolate 
2 tablespoons vanilla   
and Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan - Heat to rolling boil - stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute without stirring. Place saucepan in a bowl of ice and water then Beat until frosting is smooth an of spreading consistency then add vanilla.

1- Stir flour and baking powder - soda - salt and sugar - all together  into a mixing bowl. 2- Drop shortening and milk into dry ingredients. note : Do not dilute the evaporated milk but use full strength - Beat, beat, beat for about 2 minutes on low speed in your electric mixer. 3- then  add eggs and melted chocolate and Lastly add vanilla- then Beat all together for 1 minute. 4- Scrape down and beat again for another minute - next -turn into two layer cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. 5- Frost with butter cream - frosting to which 1/2 cup walnuts - chopped fine have been added.
